The rules for using Aquarii Bazaar.

The service
Aquarii Bazaar helps people discover intellectual property, review what public records say about it, and contact verified owners. We are not a broker, an escrow agent, or a party to any deal. No transactions happen on the platform, and we take no commission on deals that result from an introduction.
Not legal advice
Everything on Aquarii Bazaar, including Title & Status Reports, status indicators, and AI-generated summaries, is information drawn from public records and is not legal advice. Records can be incomplete or out of date, and unrecorded agreements are invisible to us. Do your own diligence with a qualified attorney before relying on any of it.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- One person per account. Don't share logins.
- You're responsible for activity under your account.
Ownership claims
When you claim a record you certify that your statements are true and that you are authorized to make the claim. Claims are reviewed by a person and may be approved, rejected, or asked to provide more information. We may revoke a verification at any time, including when the public record changes. False claims may result in suspension and may be reported to the affected parties.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, bulk-download, or resell our data, or try to work around plan limits.
- Don't send spam, harassment, or misleading offers through the messaging feature.
- Don't upload documents you don't have the right to share.
- Don't try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the interval you choose and renew until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We'll give notice before changing prices.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload and publish. You grant us the licence needed to host and display it in the service — for example, showing your listing to other users.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We don't warrant that data is complete or accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or missed opportunities.
Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, and will tell you why where we can.
