Aquarii Bazaar

Accessibility statement

Last updated September 15, 2026

Aquarii Bazaar is built to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology.

Standard we aim for

We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act and by Section 508 for federal purchasers.

What we've done

  • Text and interface colours meet AA contrast ratios in both light and dark themes.
  • Everything works by keyboard, with a visible focus ring and a "skip to main content" link.
  • Pages use proper landmarks and headings, and every form field has a label.
  • Status is never conveyed by colour alone — badges carry text too.
  • Pages reflow to 320px without horizontal scrolling, and animation respects reduced-motion settings.
  • Data tables can be scrolled by keyboard and are labelled for screen readers.

Known limitations

  • Back-office tables with many columns scroll sideways on phones. They stay reachable by keyboard, and customer-facing tables fit without scrolling.
  • Documents supplied by third parties, such as uploaded PDFs, may not be accessible.
  • We have not yet completed an independent audit or published a VPAT. Both are planned.

Tell us about a barrier

If something here is hard to use, email support@aquariibazaar.com with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within 5 business days and will offer the information another way while we fix the underlying problem.
